Dealing with POTs

I have wanted to start a blog for a while now, because dealing with POTs is difficult and not many people around me understand what I am going through. It will be nice to be able to get some frustrations out as well as share how I am dealing with POTs and how I am hell bent on beating it.

I was diagnosed 7 years ago, I am sure we all have the same type of story, lots of doctors and tests and finally a name to put to my symptoms. Once I was diagnosed there was relief to know that it was real but disappointing that there was no real treatment. I tried so many medications, mainly beta blockers, but nothing worked for me. I decided about 2 years ago to stop seeing my cardiologist and try to get into the POTs treatment center in Dallas. I also decided to stop my beta blockers because taking meds everyday that did not help made no sense to me. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Levine in Dallas and started a exercise regimen that did help with controlling my heart rate but unfortunately the high sodium diet made me feel bloated, gained about 15 pounds and made my cholesterol high. I also was having some other autoimmune issues that were going on so keeping up with the high sodium diet and exercise program was very difficult.

So now I am just dealing with POTs and living with it.  And I was just dealing with it until I found an all natural product that helped me. So the focus of my blog will be my journey of trying Plexus to help with my POTs symptoms. Plexus is a all natural product line that has dramatically changed my symptoms. I cannot be more grateful for the woman that introduced me to Plexus and I am hoping that I will be able to help change other people’s lives as well.

Stay tuned for more info and details on how it has helped me.
